Jigg n' Jacks!

So, like i said, been super busy planning, researching and building with our newly titled beast, "Avenger" It was time to get the car off those huge stands that we made, and down to some level ground again. Those stands did there job, which was to get everything grinned down and to get rid of the undercoat. Now with that out of the way, we can get going on some metal. Machinery wise, were pretty much set to go on building what ever we need to get the job done. That was the plan from day 1.

Next, we needed to build jacks that can have casters on them, so we put our heads together and came up with building some serious "modified jacks". 1/4" inch plate with grade 8 bolts and a total of 16 casters did the job, and can't forget about a little welding on top of that . After the movable jacks were made, we spray bombed them black just to make em' look evil.

After that, it was time to jig the jacks to the car. We tacked them to the frame, then we used some left over square tubing from another job to make the jacks 1, that way when they roll, they roll together. We were really happy with the finished product because now we can roll the car in and out easily, not to mention we need the other space for the other beast sleeping next to Avenger-love that name.
